TECHNOLOGIES

Technologies We Work With

Picking the right tools matters more than picking the newest ones.

Technology moves fast. New frameworks launch every month, and it can be tempting to chase whatever is trending. But after twenty years of building software in Vilnius, we have learned something that saves our clients a lot of trouble: the best technology for a project is the one that fits the project, not the one that generates the most buzz. Our team of over 70 engineers works across a wide range of tools and platforms, and that breadth gives us something valuable. We can recommend honestly, without being locked into a single vendor or stack.

When a European business comes to us with a challenge, we start by listening. What systems are already in place? What does the internal team know? What is the realistic budget and timeline? Only after those conversations do we suggest a technology direction. Sometimes the answer is a modern JavaScript framework. Sometimes it is a battle-tested CMS that has been around for years. The point is to solve the actual problem, and to do it in a way that still makes sense three or five years down the road.

HOW WE CHOOSE

Our selection process

  1. 01

    Understanding what you have

Before we propose anything new, we take the time to understand what is already working. Most businesses have existing systems, internal tools, and processes that their teams depend on every day. Ripping those out and starting fresh is rarely the right answer. Instead, we audit what you have, identify what is serving you well, and figure out where the real gaps are. That way, any new technology we suggest connects to your reality, not just to a blank whiteboard.

  2. 02

    Matching technology to reality

It is easy to get excited about the latest framework or platform, but excitement does not ship products. We choose technology based on what your team can maintain, what your budget supports, and what your timeline allows. If your developers already know PHP, we are not going to push a full rewrite in a different language just because it is trendy. Practical decisions lead to better outcomes, and we would rather deliver something solid than something flashy.

  3. 03

Planning for five years, not five months

A technology choice is a long-term commitment. We look at community activity, corporate backing, the availability of talent in the market, and how easy it will be to find developers who can work on the codebase years from now. If a tool has a vibrant community, regular updates, and a healthy hiring pool, it earns our confidence. We want the technology behind your product to still be a smart choice long after the initial build is finished.
